2023 Land Rover Defender Configurations

For 2023, Land Rover is producing three Defender bodystyle configurations – the Defender 90, Defender 110, and Defender 130. The two-door, five-seat Defender 90 combines an efficient, truncated design with Land Rover’s signature bespoke features and plenty of driving capabilities, hewing closely to the spirit of the original Defender. The Defender 110 marks an increase in size and a shift to a four-door body style with seating for up to seven. Finally, the Defender 130 is the most spacious Defender yet, with third row seating to accommodate up to eight.

Each of these bodystyles is also available in several trim levels with unique combinations of features, including X, V8, X-Dynamic, V8 Carpathian Edition, and Outbound.

2023 Land Rover Defender Carpathian Edition

The 2023 Defender 90 and Defender 110 are each available with the Carpathian Edition trim, distinguished by a unique aesthetic and an increase in ruggedness and power, reflecting the wild vistas of Central Europe’s Carpathian mountains for which this trim is named. The Defender Carpathian Edition features a 5-liter V8 engine outputting up to 518 horsepower, sufficient for the toughest off-road challenges, as well as premium Carpathian Gray metallic paint with a satin protective film, Shadow Atlas exterior accents, and many other features that show the capabilities of this trim at a glance.
