Ray Catena Land Rover Marlboro to Support New Jersey’s Finest in Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics New Jersey
On June 7th, Ray Catena Land Rover Marlboro will be proud to sponsor and participate in the 36th Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run benefitting Special Olympics New Jersey.
During the event, police departments will band together as they carry the “Flame of Hope” throughout the Garden State and into the 2019 Special Olympics New Jersey Summer Games. This year’s summer games will take place at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ.
The Torch Run features 26 separate routes with more than 3,000 officers participating to raise awareness for Special Olympics New Jersey.
Ray Catena Land Rover Marlboro family will be celebrating this state-wide event and cheering on the New Jersey’s finest as both a sponsor and participant in one of the 26 legs starting in Jackson, NJ. Located on both the Marlboro and Manalapan borders, our property will be a designated stop for the Marlboro Police Department to pass The Torch to the Manalapan Police as they come down the final stretch of the leg to Union Hill Road, ending with ShopRite and the Saker Family.
Our location will also double as a hydration station offering water to keep the valiant men in blue as well as any other participants hydrated during the event.
The entire Ray Catena Land Rover Marlboro team is excited to watch our local law enforcement come together for an incredible cause like Special Olympics New Jersey. We’re proud to be a part of such a great community, and like our law enforcement and the many participants of this event, we are committed to giving back to adults and children in need.
